Enable and start MySQL<\/span><\/h4>\n

Secure your MySQL installation by setting a password. replace ‘new-password’ with your secure password.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Open up the necessary firewall ports<\/span><\/h4>\n

  copy this line.
    -A<\/span> INPUT -m<\/span> state --state<\/span> NEW -m<\/span> tcp -p<\/span> tcp --dport<\/span> 22<\/span> -j<\/span> ACCEPT
  and add two more<\/span> with port 80<\/span> &<\/span> 443<\/span> as<\/span> well
    -A<\/span> INPUT -m<\/span> state --state<\/span> NEW -m<\/span> tcp -p<\/span> tcp --dport<\/span> 80<\/span> -j<\/span> ACCEPT
    -A<\/span> INPUT -m<\/span> state --state<\/span> NEW -m<\/span> tcp -p<\/span> tcp --dport<\/span> 443<\/span> -j<\/span> ACCEPT<\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
