1. System Requirements for Zimbra Collaboration<\/p>\n

Evaluation and Testing
\n\u2022 Intel\/AMD 64-bit CPU 1.5 GHz
\n\u2022 RAM requirements:
\n\u2022 For single server installations, a minimum of 8GB of RAM is required.
\n\u2022 For multi-server installations, contact Zimbra sales for recommendations.
\n\u2022 5 GB free disk space for software and logs
\n\u2022 Temp file space for installs and upgrades*
\n\u2022 Additional disk space for mail storage Production environments
\n\u2022 Intel\/AMD 2.0 GHZ+ 64-bit CPU
\n\u2022 RAM requirements:
\n\u2022 For single server installations, a minimum of 8GB of RAM is required.
\n\u2022 For multi-server installations, contact Zimbra sales for recommendations.
\n\u2022 Temp file space for installs and upgrades*
\n\u2022 10 GB free disk space for software and logs (SATAor SCSI for performance, and RAID\/Mirroring for redundancy)
\n\u2022 Additional disk space for mail storage
\n*Temp files space: The zimbra-store requires 5GB for \/ opt\/zimbra, plus additional space for mail storage. Theother nodes require 100MB. General Requirements
\n\u2022 Firewall Configuration should be set to \u201cNo firewall\u201d.
\n\u2022 RAID-5 is not recommended for installations with more than 100 accounts.<\/p>\n

2. Install zimbra<\/p>\n

a. Install some pack pre-requisites, we using command:<\/p>\n

and remove postfix if it installed.<\/p>\n

b. Now we must change hostname, warming we must reboot server after change hostname.<\/p>\n

c. Download zimbra from home page, we using command:<\/p>\n

then download complete, we extra using command for example<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

d. Install Zimbra using command:<\/p>\n

if you see error on this picture<\/p>\n

we install perl-core<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Press Yes for confirm install zimbra on your system.<\/p>\n

You should change domain, for example your email is admin@sysadmin.com.vn, you press sysadmin.com.vn<\/p>\n

After install, you must config zimbra, one important is password for user admin<\/p>\n

Press ‘a’ to next<\/p>\n

System automatic set default value<\/p>\n
